Tony Maranto

CEO, Roan Resources

Tony C. Maranto is President, CEO and a member of the Board of Directors for Roan Resources.

Mr. Maranto has 35 years of industry experience with 21 years at EOG Resources, Inc., where he served as Vice President and General Manager of its Mid-Continent Division for more than a decade.

He earned a Masters of Business Administration from Centenary College and a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.

Jeff Wilson

Director - Government & Public Affairs, WPX Energy

Jeff Wilson currently serves as the Director of Government and Public Affairs at WPX Energy based out of Tulsa. His previous roles include Vice President of Government and Public Affairs for Sandridge Energy, Vice President of Governmental Relations at the OIPA, Campaign Manager for the One Oklahoma Coalition, and Field Representative for U.S. Senator Jim Inhofe. Jeff carries a BA in Political Science/History and is pursuing a Master of Arts, Global Affairs. His leadership values, networking and involvement in public affairs are widely recognized and valued within the oil and gas industry.

Valerie Mitchell

CEO, Corterra Energy

Founding Corterra Energy, LLC in 2016, Valerie serves as the company's Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Mitchell has over 20 years of experience in the exploration and production sector, serving as Vice President, Mid-Continent Region for Newfield Exploration from 2015 - 2016. From 2004 to 2015, Mitchell served in various leadership capacities at Newfield, including Vice President of Corporate Development, General Manager of the Mid-Continent Region and Asset Manager over the Granite Wash and Arkoma Woodford teams. Ms. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Missouri. She serves as a board director of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association and is Chair of the Natural Gas Committee. Valerie has been recognized as one of the top 50 Most Powerful Women in Oil and Gas by the Oil & Gas Diversity Council.

Brandon O'Gara

CFO, Echo Energy

Mr. O’Gara has served as Chief Financial Officer since 2015. Prior to joining Echo Energy, Mr. O’Gara was with Greenwich, Connecticut based Wexford Capital. While at Wexford, Mr. O’Gara worked closely with Diamondback Energy and Viper Energy Partners along with other upstream and midstream portfolio companies.  Viper Energy Partners was the first publicly traded pure play mineral company in the United States which resulted in an initial public offering value of $2bn. At Echo Energy, Mr. O'Gara's efforts are focused on capital raises, investor relations, and financial oversight. Additionally, he oversees asset valuations and transaction execution on all of Echo Energy's business lines. Mr. O'Gara holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.

Mary Van Domelen

President, Van Domelen International, LLC

Mary Van Domelen is a licensed Professional Engineer and a SPE Certified Petroleum Engineer with 35 years experience in both technical and leadership roles. Mary started her career with Halliburton, working in research and operations in the USA, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. She has also worked with innovative E&P companies such as Maersk Oil, Chesapeake, and Continental Resources. Her experience includes horizontal drilling and completion in multiple basins. She has co-authored more than 30 papers and holds several patents. She is actively involved in SPE via OKC Chapter Board Membership and participation on numerous committees for conferences, applied technology workshops, and forums. Mary was a 2015-2016 SPE Distinguished Lecturer and was the 2016 SPE Mid-Continent North America Regional Completions Optimization and Technology Award recipient. She is an internationally recognized subject matter expert in carbonate stimulation. Mary is passionate about the importance of mentoring, especially for younger women engineers. She is active in the Womens Energy Network of Greater Oklahoma (WEN OK), Oklahoma Women in Tech (OKWIT) and is a founding member of the Women in Hydraulic Fracturing (WIHF) community. Mary holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering and graduate studies in Petroleum Engineering at the University of Oklahoma.

Ken Pfau

Sr. Manager of Specialized Functions, Devon Energy

Ken Pfau is the Sr. Manger of Devons Specialized Functions in OKC and has been with the company for over two years. Ken is a graduate of LSU in Baton Rouge, La. with a BS in Professional Geology. He has 36 years of experience working both conventional and unconventional plays in integrated team environments all over the world. He is a strong believer in having a multi-discipline skill set such as petrophysics, geophysics, geology, reservoir engineering, and geochemistry attacking rocks, fluids, pores. Ken is very active in the field, lab, and office always pushing the advancement of technology to break open the next play. In 1999, he was one of a team of three to push the concepts of pursuing unconventional plays at EOG Resources and amazed at their advancement in North America. Since that time he has worked in every major unconventional play in the US and several overseas.

Justan Wright

Justan Wright is a first generation oil and gas employee who started his career working for ConocoPhillips in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Justan is currently employed by Continental Resources where he has worked for the last 7 years. He has held multiple positions throughout the company in Legal, Supply Chain, Drilling Field, and most recent Senior Engineer Technician for Southern Drilling. Justan is actively involved with multiple young professional organizations including OERB millennial outreach board and currently serves as President of OIPA Future Leaders Advisory Council. Justan enjoys spending his free time networking, helping his wife start a physical therapy clinic, working with non-profits, fixing up rental properties, and playing with his two dogs. Justan carries a dual B.S. of Business Administration in Management and Entrepreneurship from The Oklahoma State University. He is starting his MBA with a Finance Certificate at the University of Oklahoma in fall of 2018.
